Our Story
Welcome PAWrents! My name is Christine and I am the proud owner of Furever Purrfect Pet Care. My love and passion for animals started as far back as I can remember. I grew up having cats, dogs, birds, turtles, fish and hamsters as pets. My first cat was a barn cat we rescued from my uncle's farm. At one point, I even lived on a farm and helped tend to our cows, goats, chickens, ducks and rabbits. I have experience with rescues, strays, anxious animals, senior pets and dogs of all breeds and sizes. I pride myself in providing the best care and the upmost love to your cherished fur babies. I am certified in Pet First Aid & CPR and I am Insured & Bonded with Pet Pro Insurance.

We currently only accept payments in cash or by e-transfer. A 25% non refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.
Yes, we have successfully completed the 10 hour Walks & Wags Pet First Aid & CPR course and we are certified. We bring our own Pet First Aid kit.
Yes, we are fully Insured & Bonded with Canadian Pet Pro Insurance.
No, but your animal(s) will not be left alone for more than 4 hours. We believe in being transparent and we will disclose any prior engagement we have scheduled before accepting a booking to ensure you are comfortable with us having to step away.
We always schedule a complimentary Meet & Greet prior to accepting any new bookings. This is a perfect opportunity to get to know each other, and start building that trust.
Yes, we send updates with photos via your prefered method of communication (text, email, Messenger).
Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Furever Purrfect Pet Care. By booking any of our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before confirming your appointment.
1. Services Provided: Furever Purrfect Pet Care offers professional pet care services including: Overnight pet sitting Dog walking Drop-in visits for cats and dogs All services are provided within the Clarence-Rockland, Orléans, and Prescott-Russell regions.
2. Booking and Deposits: A 25% refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. The deposit will be applied toward your final balance. Full payment is due on or before the first scheduled service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are accepted by cash or e-transfer.
3. Cancellation Policy: For overnight pet sitting, cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date will result in the forfeiture of the 25% deposit. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit.
4. Client Instructions: Clients must provide written care instructions for their pets, including feeding schedules, medications, routines, emergency procedures, and any special behavioral or environmental needs. These instructions ensure consistency and safety in your pet’s care. Any changes must be communicated in writing prior to the start of service.
5. Emergency Contact and Veterinary Care: Clients are required to provide: Current veterinarian contact information A reliable emergency contact person In the event of an emergency, Furever Purrfect Pet Care will make every reasonable effort to contact the owner and/or designated emergency contact. If immediate veterinary attention is required, the sitter is authorized to seek care from the listed veterinarian (or the nearest available clinic if necessary). All veterinary expenses will be the client’s responsibility.
6. Insurance and Certification: Furever Purrfect Pet Care is insured and bonded, and certified in Pet First Aid and CPR, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all animals in our care.
7. Pet Health and Behavior: Clients must disclose any known behavioral issues, allergies, medical conditions, or special needs before booking. Furever Purrfect Pet Care reserves the right to refuse service if a pet poses a safety risk to itself or the sitter.
8. Access to Premises: The client agrees to provide safe access to their home and pets during the agreed service period. Any special instructions for entry (keys, alarms, security systems, etc.) must be provided in advance.
9. Liability: While every precaution is taken to ensure the safety of your pets and home, Furever Purrfect Pet Care will not be held liable for unforeseen incidents including, but not limited to, injury, illness, escape, or property damage, provided reasonable care and precautions have been taken.
10. Photos and Updates: Photos or updates may be shared with the client for reassurance and communication purposes. With the client’s permission, photos may also be used on Furever Purrfect Pet Care’s website or social media for promotional use.
11. Weather Policy: In the case of extreme weather, outdoor activities (such as dog walks) may be modified, shortened, or substituted with indoor play for safety reasons.
12. Agreement: By booking services with Furever Purrfect Pet Care, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions
